Our rescue vessels

Our rescue vessels are equipped to respond to boating craft in trouble. We also work with other organisations such as NSW Ambulance to provide emergency medical treatment and with NSW Police in coordinated search and rescue operations.

We are equipped with specialist search and rescue vessels including:

  • SI20 – a 7.5 metre Ocean Cylinder capable of operating up to 15 nautical miles out to sea
  • SI10 & SI11 – two Seadoo 130 GTI Rescue Water Craft (RWC) capable of reaching any of the waterways within our area of responsibility
